Noob rim question

Ok so i never owned aftermarket rims ever because of the price, (i honestly would rather get a turbo if i had that type of money for a new set of rims) but an opportunity came to me when a friend of mine asked if i want to buy some rims for around $600. he said its coming off a lexus and they are 19's and would look or go good with any rwd car. so basically my question is, i know my stock rim size is bigger in the back than in the front. would all 19's be ok with fitting my car? is there anything bad that could happen to my car, or anything i would need to put these on? and what do you guys think of them? i need help soon, cause i may be buying them this week :x

here are some pics

Do you have a sedan or coupe? Width of the wheels? To give you an idea, the stock oem 19 wheel width is 8mm up front and 8.5mm back. Ask your friend for the offsets anything above +35 will look horrid on a coupe. And i don't know much about sedan maybe some sedan owners can chime in.

As bigger I'm guessing you mean staggered widths? Anyways you can sport non staggered wheels, if that is what you are asking.

the underline portion makes me laugh don't believe him, look at the specs of the wheels first and compare it to our car specification and the limits and boundaries we can go. Btw rims does look nice, Too much bling though, i just like it on the lips.
