What should I get first?
Re: What should I get first?
RIMS!! Coming from a person who fixed up every car he owned, rims make the car 100% better.

Re: What should I get first?
uh, 2 of my buddies keep bothering me about spending money on the rims... I decided to spend the money on a Blower and an exhaust.... oh yeah, tints and a clear bra (a must, DO THE WHOLE HOOD!!! I'm pissed I didn't).
Yeah, but I'm kinda glad I went with performance, you'll probably be driving the car more than you are looking at it!

Re: What should I get first?
I am going the performance route first. The handling/power puts the biggest grin on my face and looks come second.
I have heard clear bras can turn yellow after 3-5 years. Any truth to this?

YOU answer that best. Do you want to show, or do you want to GO!? That makes all the difference in the world.

I zainoed my car 4 coats on the first 2 days I owned it. I got 4 rock chips on the hood in the first 6 days. Zaino protects rockchips like a rubberband provents pregnancy...
4 months after the c-bra only 3 more chips on the hood above the line. I suggest full hood, bumper, mirrors and fender sides.
Performance will come later, but just look into the threads about poor paint and read all of the posts about people who WISHED that they would have installed their c-bra sooner. I don't think I've ever once read a thread that said I wished I would have put my body kit on sooner.
Also, get used to parking the car near curbs. The G is already SOOO LOW, that you might scrape the bottom of the front bumper within the first couple of months. If this happens, the body kit can help hide some of the damage. I know several people who have damage done to their G's from parking accidents.
Good Luck.
