Back up! What is the exact PSI or close to it for this to go off?

I filled up all tires last week to like 42psi, and it came back on today!

I am thinking i might have a leak in one of the tires, maybe a neal or something.

Edit: Ok, found out it is 28 PSI or lower when the alarm goes off.... somethings strange, i think i may be loosing air in the front right tire... time to check her out.

Set your tire pressure to what it says on the door. If your light comes on and your pressures are okay, you might have to get the Dealer to reprograme them.

Also i bought this car like 6 months ago, and this light never came on til like when i started this thread which was maybe what, a month ago? I put air in it like last week, and then this **** went off again.

Yes I believe most of them do. Up here in the Great White North they quoted me $40 to reset them.

It means your car spotted Solid Snake...

...or hopefully it's just the tire sensor.

LOL Solid snake? Whats that?

And yea, i figured out a while back it was the tire, i inflated all of them last week, one was abnormally low in the 20s, and this week the damn sensor went off again! I think i may have something wrong with my front right tire.

Here is a really good question on the WoW boards. A little off topic but shows how much the guy knows about computers.

if that symbol is still on and the tire pressures are all fine i say just wait it out it might just be the weather. when the weather keeps changing from cold to hot mine will sometimes go off with my tire pressures exactly where they need to be, but then it'll eventually go away. i have an 04 if that helps

I have the same thing on my '04, the tire symbul means low pressure and when it comes on there's a noise just prior like my neighbors dog howling.

Our 35 series tires never look low but if we didn't have sensors you can feel
the difference especially in the front. I have a slow leak in my left front
and it takes a month for the sensor to light up....just a PITA!
