Your GPS is right!! either speed or you age affected your vision OLDVRFGUY , it afected mine (I am also old) so i had to take a picture to make sure , looks loke 145 or so , give or take a couple of miles , lol

I got up to 105 before I backed off but it felt pretty smooth getting there.

I think my wife hit 110 once when I wasn't in the car with her. She said she didn't realize it was going that fast because the car was riding pretty smooth.

 

limited to 156? Assuming the car didn't have this governor, could it even exceed this??

You probably could hit 160 or something like that. I don't think these cars could go any faster unmodified.

Anyone w/ the TS ECU reflash seen if the governor actually goes away? I'm a little modded (more on the way) and I've hit the limiter about three times on empty stretches of backcountry roads at around 1-2 in the morning... After I get my Kinetix plenum and exhaust (undecided) installed, I'm going to get the TS reflash and with my rev limiter raised to 7100 rpms and no ELTS (electronically limited top speed) I'm thinking I could be knocking on 170... I guess we'll see in a couple of months...
