Morning guys,

im thinking about buying a new exhaust system but im unable to make up my mind which one I should get. here are the choices I have so far come up with

1) HKS
2) Fast Intentions
3) Top Speed and
4) XO2

I would really like your guys input as to what I should get, and honestly I would not really like to spend a lot of money....I have a plenum spacer on its way and I will be getting test pipes.

not really helping us here, what volume of sound you looking for,do you plan on getting testpipes or high flow cats?

I'd say HKS and FI sound best but the HKS with stock pipes will be heard over the FI system, hell the HKS will be louder than the FI with any type of cat pipe or straight pipe. I havent heard too much of the topspeed and the XO2 althought built after the HKS sounds different and has some qaulity issues.

For someone looking for a good sounding exhaust system and low cost but name brand I would consider Borla, Tanabe, and the Invidia is nice.

I personally dont like or know enough about either of those systems.

 

I have had 2 of those exhausts the xo2 and the Hks, and seen the others in person. The Xo2 is junk will turn to crap in no time. The FI has tiny tips and looks funny to me, sounds nice but is quiet. The top speed is not a true dual if I am thing correctly. The HKS is just pure sex.

Is budget a consideration?

 

I don't mine spending the money as long as it sounds good and looks good at the same time...and I will be getting test pipes as I heard they are the best things to get

But honestly guy’s im pretty new to the g35 scene so your opinions will help a lot, and If you can tell me what test pipes to get that would be good.

emissions should not be a problem..I thought any car after like 2000, didn't need to be hooked up to emissions??
