Help Please! I need Information!

Hello everyone I'm brand new to this Forum. I joined because i need your help!!!!!!!

I recently got into a car accident with my 2007 honda civic si. She was the love of my life, and she will be missed. The insurance company finally decided on what they would cut me a check for the value of my car.

I have always loved the Infiniti G35 Coupe!!!

NOW... heres where you guys come in. I figure if i need information why not ask the people who drive them because they will know the most about their cars. Need you im working with a budget of $20,000.00 please keep that in mind.

I have a list of questions that i would really really really appreciate if you would answer for me?

What is a good year G35 coupe to buy?

What are the problems/difficulties associated with the car?(This is an important one, TSB's, Recalls, minor problems)

What is a good price to purchase one for?

Would you recommend this car to someone?

In your opinion is it worth the cost?

How fast is it?

Thank you so much i would absolutly appreciate it if some of you G35 coupe owners would anwser some of these. I plan on purchasing one soon i just want to know what im getting myself into. Thank you thank you thank you. Have a good day!!!

Hollllliiiieee ****....... You can most of the answers by looking at a specs sheet found on any auto page or review of the car.

But I'll be nice and help you out.

2005 6MT is prob the best year to buy for you.
You will need to have 55k miles or under because you need to do an oil consumption test on the car to make sure it's not burning oil. If it is, you get a brand new engine.

Good price for a nice 2005 6MT with 35k miles or so... 19,000.

6MT, 0-60= 5.4, 1/4 mile= 14.1
5AT, 0-60= 6.0, 1/4 mile 14.7

Yes, it is worth the value.

Common problem's with 05... Oil Consumption, see above. CD ERR on BOSE. There's a couple minor ones, but they are all pretty uncommon so no need to worry.

The reason I said 05 is because the interior was revised for 05, along with a Rev-up engine(6MT only) that increases hp from 280 to 298.

Welcome to the forums. Learn how to use the search function and you should be fine.
