I saw a coupe on the road today that had some device installed on the top of the passenger cabin. I know an antenna in needed for the SAT radio, but is this also the case for the NAV? I didn't like what it did to the look of the car.

 

I know it wasn't the Navigation that comes with the car. Not sure if any aftermarkets require an antenna.

 

Probably factory antenna for sat. radio.
