Yeah man, suspense, anxiousness, loss of mind...haha...im going thru that right now!
Yes, the positive way to look at it is more time to save up for the down payment
I ordered in November and so far i've managed to save 10 grand for the down payment! Thats going to knock off about $200/month off of 5 year financing

must, have, more, patience, AHHH!!!
