I'm thinking of changing my dull orange lights to some white/blue colored ones to match my HID....does anyone know what bulb size is needed and also is their a good write up on how to access the bulbs in the headlight? do I have to take the headlights off??

ok so ya i searched and found all the bulb sizes but there is nothing on how to access the bulbs and replace them. specifically i want to know how I can get to the bulb that has the long strip on the side of the headlight

well i would assume it would be in the Lamp Replacement Guide STICKY, but unfortuntely the link that is supposed to tell how how to replace them on the sylvania website is DEAD...so if you could provide me with this link you speak of

all you have to do is hit the search button up above (it will search the entire forum) and type in, for example -> "replace bulbs" or "headlight bulbs" or "bulbs" whatever and skim through the results. You're bound to find something.
