Angry Need help!! After hit and Run

Hey guys realy need some help my 2003 coupe (8750 actual miles) was hit in a parking lot damaging the rear splash guard (hope this is right description) on the driver side. This is the guard that attaches to the rear bumper. Infiniti is telling my body shop that this was a aftermarket piece. News to me as I ordered from a Inifniti brochure. Hoping you guys can give me a hand so I can get this back to original condition. Parts house name or seller.

Do you have it on the front also. My car has splash guards all around and those are factory because I called Infiniti to order a new set and they were like $86 for the rear set and $83 for the front set.

If you could post a pic we might be able to let you know if it's OEM or
aftermarket. Did you ask a service writer or parts dept, most service
writers couldn't tell you which side the steer wheel is on....LOL

I think there are aftermarket versions, which are the shorter ones. If it's longer it should be OEM. but regardless, all you have to do is buy a new pair for about $70 painted.

Where exactly is the damage? Maybe if you could take a closer pic it would be helpful. And BTW those are OEM.

There's nothing aftermarket about it! Any Infiniti dealership can easily order them and almost all of them have them in stock anyways. It's an item, whether actually made by Infiniti or not, that can be an accessory straight from the dealership.

I dunno man, I'm calling some sketchy-ness on this.
