Those rims in the first pic aren't OEM that I've ever seen. They look terrible. Totally wrong on the car, really surprised if those are OEM.

I believe you will have to get the new sensors initialized at the dealer.
When I was thinking about going with new wheels and all-season tires, the dealer had quoted $210 to remount and initialize the 4 sensors from my 19" OEM's to the new wheels. Nevertheless, I ended up going with the dual setup (summer/winter). I did not bother buying new sensors for my winter wheels because of the hassel and the cost.
Since the sensors are already mounted, the dealer shouldn't charge you more than $100 to initialize. Even though I think that's still a lot of money.
