Hey guys I really Love to browse this forum for great and useful information. I just had a quick question. Has anyone ever fitted a Kinetik HC1800 Battery on their stock coupe 06? I measured my stock battery Its 9 inches tall w/ post, 9 inches wide and 6.75 inches in depth. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

 

Hey People so I decided to find out if a kinetik HC1800 battery will fit a 06’ stock 6MT. The answer is YES!!. It will fit perfectly. The only thing is that you will have t modify the positive. You need to run about 4 inches more of wire to the terminal of the battery and you will have to unscrew the stock terminal from the junction box in your G. you will also need to replace the negative terminal that’s bolted to the fender. I dicided to run 0 gauge wire. Here are some pictures. Hope they help.
