I personally like the OEM wheels on the G35. I think the money may be better spent on performance parts.. but if you've already done enough performance wise, and u got the money to drop on it, i would do it.

if you'd rather spend the money on something else, then you've answered your own question.

I spend every cent at the end of the month for my car and btw I had to pay 4300dollars for my SC1 rims in Germany(only the rims!!!!!).And that was a supercheap price with a 30% off discount because I know the local distributor + I also work at a tire+rim shop.Damn expensive import parts
So dont think about it ,just buy them if you have some money left.

It would help me decide if the OEM 19s didn't look and perform so damn well to begin with.
True story. Im having trouble seeing the point in spending 3k+ on wheels when the OEM's are 19lbs front 21lbs rear for 19's! The way I see it im adding weight and paying a premium to do it, but the T1S's make me wanna get rims.

If you think so, then yes. If you don't think so, then no. Wheels make the car, imo.

first come the wheels, then the suspension, then the brakes, then the exterior pieces, etc.

the stock 19's WORK well with the car stock. if your going to opt for aftermarket wheels, it won't look complete without more money spent. but buying a good set of wheels from a previous owner at a good price won't loose you much money. i bought volks a while ago brand new and sold them for the same pice i paid minus shipping after a year.
