which parts?? the actual door handle itself??

 

or the silver door clips over the hand rail? I believe to get the Handles off you will need to remove the door panel to access them and un-clip the locking mechanism.

 

I want to change the chrome door handles and locks above them to a flat black color, so i want to know how i can remove them to do so.

 

once you pop off the door panel you should be able to access it. here is a pic of the backside of it.

Yeah. You detach the latch and lock switch from the back side.

Take a screw driver and pry off the aluminum trim on the fixed door handle.
Then look at the chrome door latch/lock. You'll see in the cupped area a square plastic piece that's hiding something. Pry that off.
There are now three 10mm bolts exposed. Take those off.
Then take the screw driver and pry the entire door panel off. Start with the bottom edge at either end. You should actually see recesses and notches where you can place the screw driver.
Once the bottom and sides are no longer attached by the pop rivets, just lift up the panel.

Oh. And before you start all of that, pry off the window/lock switch assembly and disconnect the wiring harness.
