Thinking about painting my oem 18s a couple of shades darker and adding a red pinstripe to em. I made a ghetto photoshop below of what I'm contemplating. Ignoring the obvious poor quality of the chop, could it actually look decent if done right?

 

No... If you had the OEM 19's you could have pulled it off but not on the 18's sorry

yeah, I was on the fence about the red stripe, but I at least want the wheels a little darker than stock.

I chopped them darker as well. I'm scratching the red stripe idea and will just paint them darker or gunmetal. I'm going to aim for the same color of the wheels on this GTR:
