Will 04 G35 TPMS work on 2012 G37x Sedan?

Kept the OEM 18s from my 2004 G35 Coupe and would like to put them on my current 2012 G37x Sedan and wondering if the 2012 sedan will be able to read the TPMS sensors from the 2004 18s?

Dealer of course said "no", but I wanted to see if anyone tried and knows for sure.

Thanks.

Had my 2004 G35 Coupe 6mt for 10 years until April and I still miss it. Hoping the coupe wheels on the sedan might help me move on.

Your old cars used 40700 CD001 and the new car uses something different with better batteries. Buy a new OEM kit on Amazon/eBay and replace them all .

Tpms

How much should I expect to pay? I saw a few different types, not sure which ones are OEM. What are the part numbers? Anyone know?
Thanks.
