mad at that. 15 horsepower increase and 19" rims on the 6mt. Sad face, but im happy with mine.

Even if it comes with 19" rims, we'll probably still swap them out with aftermarket so no big deal there. Otherwise, the 15HP increase does **** me off a bit, I wonder if they will have a retrofit kit available at the dealership that will get '03 and '04 coupes to the new 295HP. The new interior changes doesn't seem to be all that major. Is the new aluminum console made of real aluminum or is it that same painted plastic? In the pics it looked the same. The only big diff seemed to be the placement of the clock. Crossin fingers.

My Wishlist for 6MT:
-New console/dash material and finish similar to Acura TL interior
-Two tone leather steering wheel like the M Concept
-LED cluster headlights like the Q45
-S-Tune kits dealer installed option for additional $8k (Wheels, body kit, exhaust, suspension, etc.)
-Climate controlled seats like the M Concept
-Memory seats and motorized recline
-Less dusty OEM brake pads

Anyone know how much heavier the 19's will be?

Because it sounds like that extra 15hp wont matter after bigger wheels.

I don't think so, because the press release says only the 6MT is getting the 15 extra horses. I wonder what changes they made to get that bump? All you auto tranny people should upgrade to the Manual. your left leg will get more exercise =)

From press release:
"The Sport 6MT model receives an additional 15-plus horsepower over automatic-equipped G35 coupe’s standard 280 horsepower, bringing its power to the 295-horsepower range (final figures to be released later)."

Its most likely going to be an ecu and intake upgrade if I am not mistaken. I think we all here are wating on word for the 2005 350Z to see what hp that gets so we can get parts of that car to get its hp.

I cannot believe that everyone is mad about 15 BHP. That's like 8 RWHP. That's like AN INTAKE. Plus if it's an ECU upgrade, WE CAN JUST GO TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR A REFLASH.
