So lately I've been noticing a clicking sound coming from my pedals, I'm guessing the gas pedal. I took it to the Infiniti dealership to get taken care of because, to be honest... I was lazy. I suspected the noise is coming from the spring down there and was confirmed by the Service rep who was able to replicate the sound and said they put some grease on it. The sound stopped for all of 5 minutes and then started again...

It clicks when:

Idle
Foot on the gas pedal
Foot off the gas pedal
Over bumps
When I press the button to move the seat up
(Sometimes and for a short time) When the car is off

The car drives fine, it just kinda gets annoying after a while... ya know?
I guess that's what you get for being lazy and not trying to fix the problem yourself eh? I haven't gotten to take a look for myself because the temperatures up here have been darn near sub-zero. But, has anyone had this similar problem?

So when you move the seat up, it clicks? My clicking sound is coming from the passenger side. I still have not figure out where and why it clicks.
