Tri-Phase Performance Module?

Has anyone heard of this? It looks like a joke to me. I searched around and didnt see anything about it. I was looking for wheels and this showed up...

^^^no no, it says bonus speedometer lubricant so your speedometer can keep up with how fast you are actually accelerating.

OHHHH!!!! I must be seeing the package deal with the optional ECU replacement kit so the ECU can handle the power. Look quick, if we buy it within the next 10 min we get free under-glow!
