Looking at buying a G35 and need some advice!

One question in particular that I have -- do you get any additional paperwork when purchasing a G35 that's been certified pre-owned from Infiniti? I know that having it certified pre-owned results in an extended warranty (http://www.infinitiusa.com/pre-owned/warranty.html) .. but I'm assuming the dealership is supposed to physically give you something as proof that the particular G35 has that coverage. I'm asking because a G35 I'm currently interested has 'an extended Certified Pre-owned Vehicle Warranty' listed in its description, and I'd want to make sure that it's Infiniti's warranty that I'm getting, not some crappy third party's.
The factory warranty should be good from the date the car was originally titled. I had my rear axle click issue fixed at Porter without ever even giving them any information on my car. They asked what year it was to know if it was still under factory warranty, and said yeah and I just had it done no questions asked lol. It was actually quite a pleasant experience. The factory warranty automatically transfers to any new owner. I didn't have any paperwork for mine.
