I just recieved my leather wrapped MOMO auto shift ****. Could someone please post installation directions. I know how to remove the stock **** but I'm having problems figuring out how to properly install the rubber spacer (MOMO directions not working). The **** is currently installed however it's very difficult for me to push the down button...so I think I installed it wrong.

I could not find any threads on this install......

Where did you buy the shift **** at? And was is $99.99 or less?

I bought it at Perfomance Nissan out of Cal....it was $99.

did you cut the end of the rubber piece so that it would slide midway down the gear shaft? dont let it slide all the way up the interior of the ****, it's a b!tch to get out.

 

No I was thinking about it but had not done it. Thanks I think it will now work. It was the rubber that was preventing the button from going down

Also did you take off the white thing on the shifter?
