What about the color?!?!?!?

What about the color?!?!?!?
I finally pulled the trigger on a 2003 Coupe, the car is extremely clean, the body and engine near perfect (only 58K), has new tires, brakes, etc., all is great, so I couldn't pass it up - but it's "Caribbean Blue" ! I've always preferred the 'sophisticated' look: silver, graphite, white, so this car is a complete shock to my system. I'm just curious what others think about this color. Do you think it cheapens the look of the car?

I initially looked for Carribean Blue when I started my search. One dealer told me (before she knew what blue I was talking about), "Yeah...that Carribean Blue sure is popular among the ladies and the young asian guys!". LOL
I got Lakeshore Slate and I love it. I like the CB though, too. Who cares what other people think? If you like the color, get it.

I completely agree. I am a new owner, and really wanted white. I ended up with diamond graphite like everyone else in the area. Not only does your blue look great, it is unique. Congrats!

Thanks everyone for your replies. I must say that the 'wow' factor is pretty cool. People are always taking a second look, and they don't hesitate to say 'cool car'. I really do like the uniqueness and attention that it gets. I think the black, graphite, white colors make it look more like a luxury car, where the cb definately hedges toward the sports car side of the G. It's all good! Thanks again.
