I'm 19 and have a 04 coupe in Phoenix. Mine was going to be around 230 for USAA. Try to get it under your parents insurance. Way cheaper!

I'm 24, have full coverage thru State Farm, $1k deductible, no prior accidents/tickets, multi-line discount thru the parents and safe driving discount = $1250 a year.

If you're a safe driver and can afford a high deductible it is your best bet for paying low premiums.

it depends on where u live too. im in nj, i'm 23 and im paying 200 a month for full coverage. i used my friends address tho since it was cheaper. he lives in a rich neighborhood and it would of been more expensive if i used my apt. address. bc there is a better chance of vandalism,break-ins,stolen, people crashing into it..etc... they look at all those factors

Wow, brilliant idea. Hopefully they'll figure this out and rate you correctly...and then of course drop you for rate evasion.

You do realize that if your car is stolen or damaged at your apartment or you are just in a crash and the insurance company finds out you lied to them about where you live they will not pay any claims at all and could prosecute you for insurance fraud!

Doubtful on prosecution, but they can deny your claim for rate evasion, good luck trying to find another insurance company to insure you with that on your insurance record.

21st full coverage multi-car, clean record, I pay almost 1000 for six months. Damn having a coupe vs. sedan raises the price!!

I still don't have a coupe and insurance is part of it!

I just turned 18 and I've been driving a year. 100% clean record

AND

I'm looking at $4200 a year, and that's about as low as it gets. If my insurance was cheaper I would have had the G months ago. Living in Canada sucks!

EnerOnE: My quotes have all come back with the coupe being cheaper than the sedan. (one reason I like Canada's insurance) I guess they see a sedan more of a liability because it can carry and extra passenger and is almost as fast.

Should have my G by the end of the month and on the road by mid way through March, I am stoked out of my mind.

Back when I was younger, got caught street racing.

I grew up.
now 21, 22 soon, I pay with full coverage 1200/half year.
I am actually getting that stuff expunged as we speak.
