Arrow Can you get the MPG on an 05 g35 coupe??

So i just bought my 05 g35 coupe AT and i was wondering of the dash tells you the MPG you are averaging, i couldnt find it on the car or manual. MY old 2000 lexus was able to give you an average reading and if this 05 doesnt that SUCKS!! =)

1. Start off with a full tank
2. Reset your mileage odometer
3. driver however much you want
next time you go to fill up:
Miles Driven/ how many gallons it took to fill up to full = MPG
Simple as that

If you had the factory Navigation unit, that would tell you... but a G35 without one will not tell you that.

You could get a Scangauge if you wanted to get an idea of your real-time fuel economy as you drive.. but they aren't 100% accurate and require calibration.

Our cars are not luxury.. They're ghetto

My 1991 Acura had more better luxury features and options than my G..

A fully loaded 350Z is more luxury than a G coupe

Oh then you have driven a POS, haha. My first car was a 67 Tempest and cost me 175.00...to me that car was not Ghetto, even though I lived pretty much in the Ghetto.

G's are pretty far removed from Ghetto, at least MY version of Ghetto, *wink*.

Well my term was over exaggerated lol

My first car was a 1990 pontiac grand prix LE model lol.... 3.1 L ran on 5 cylinders, all 4 windows eventually fell out of their tracks... Car would stall while driving. I had to throw it in neutral all the time to keep the revs up so the car wouldn't die... It was only a temporary car just to learn my basics of driving, then i started driving nicer cars

Yea those Grand Prix were not the most sweet of cars for sure. I know what I had to drive when I was a kid was a real bomb when compared to what my kids had to drive for their first cars.

I do think back fondly on the Tempest however, lots of good times in that car.
