Suppose it depends on which side of the fence you're sitting on...chicks and little fellers on one side, big dudes on the other,

or maybe the thread title should be "Smart @ss users with nothing to add other then adding to their post count need not respond".

lol, that's funny, but no. i'm in 6'-4", 250 and don't have a problem with the seats. indeed, i liked the g when i first sat in it because it felt roomy for a big guy

my advice is to lower the seat all the way down, set it all the way back, and use minimal tilt on he bottom cushion. you can also tilt the seatback back a little to give you more room.

Yea bigc I am going to do that mod this weekend and see what that does. Other than the seat deal I really dig the car and I like how I sit in it, just trying to find the "sweet spot". I do agree with the bottom tilt, having that too high was not good on the hams.

Curt, one of our members, found this SB. Its over on infinitihelp It says for the 03 but it must apply to other G's, like my 04. It involves pulling the entire seat out however.

The power seat switch is causing discomfort to the vehicle driver

I am about 6'1 and roughly 200lbs.. you should drop the seat all the way down, move the wheel up almost all the way. I sit over the controls as well but i mean... they dont stick up enough that i can even feel em. Usually my feet are doing too much work... ill try n notice when im home

Looks like that seat mod SB would be a pain, I printed it up.

Just did the mod on the jackscrew, worked as advertised. I can for sure feel the difference.

G35 uncomfortable seats.

Ok, let's put this to rest. I'm asian, 5'6", 170lbs. and I hate the G35 seats, my right quad can never get comfortable due to the seat controls. During long trips, my right quad just gets used to the position, like it forgets, but when I make a sharp turn, especially left turns, my leg moves and the uncomfortable feeling comes back. I really want to see if the G37's seats will fit the G35. I haven't conducted a search on this yet, but will after this post.

for the passenger seat, 06g35c
is there anyway to bring the seat higher up?
i know the passenger seats are only 4 way adjustable.
its really low compared to even the lowest for the driver's seat

has anyone considered a Maxima or Altima seat swap? I would assume they are wider and possibly have power controls in a different area. My only comfort complaint is hitting my knees below steering wheel sometimes when getting out..and the headrest is too far back and non adjustable. Ive seen adjustable conversions though..pricey
