Have you guys done the mod on the seats? Some here do not like to mess around with the jackscrew but it does bring the seat down a bit more. You can do it to the front angle as well.
There is a TSB on the seat controls but that doesn't help me. I've pulled it up on infinitihelp.com and you have to yank the seat out and build up the seat control area with foam.
I've just gotten used to it for the most part.

I recently drove about 900 miles from Charlotte to Boston, and here are my observations:
(BTW, I'm 5'8" 160lbs)
I agree with others who have complained about lower back support. I kept adjusting the lumbar support to see if it'd make a difference but it didn't affect the lower back.
For long cruises, I think the bolsters are a tad too stiff. I'm sure they're great for autocrosses, mountain runs and other forms or spirited driving, but in my drive I kept looking forward to rest stops just so that I could stretch/loosen up my thighs and make sure they weren't bruised. If I could modify the seats, I'd soften up just the inner half of the bolsters so that there is little compromise between comfort and support.

My car is an 04 and the foam started falling out of the bottom of the seat and it was becoming uncomfortable on long trips. I had a local auto interior shop restuff/rebuild the seat cushion for about $60 and the seats feel and look like new. My driver's seat may be more comfortable. Had the car since new and I am 6' and weighed between 175 and 200 over the last six year.
