I like it in red, except for the back end because with the tail lights being all red, in my opinion it doesn't look that good. Do you think it would look better if you painted the area black around the led bulbs in the tail lights? I would not want to black out the lights. I like the car color in grey also.

What mods should I put into it? I was thinking about, 1st, gettin an HKS exhaust, then spoiler and rims, then lambo doors. Is this a good order? I would be puttin all of the mods in over the timespan of a year and a half because I don't have that much money. (I'm in high school) I do not want to touch the engine because it is already fast enough.

Thanks
my dads had his 03 coupe for 3 years never taken it in once so Id have to say pretty good

then again he doesnt drive too much

outta curiousness manual right??

cause my dads is 5a/t and Ima tell you I had a blast driving it

seeing as though I have a 94 Ford Explorer

since the g35 kbb price drop seemed to slope down excessively, u should look into 05+ because of the add in hp and improved interior.

do u really need a car with a cassette player?

let's recall, insurance costs will jump too from an 03 to and 05! for myself i saved a grand a year by opting for an 03 rather the 05. The insurance companies dont like us youngins having these cars. and my weezer(tba) tape has been a long standing tradition in my tape deck!

No I was thinking about gettin a 5at because I don't have a clue how to drive manual, and I don't want to deal with constantly changing gears. Also, the 5a/t has a manual shift mode, so I would get the best of both worlds.

I'm gettin an 03 instead of a 05 because of cheaper insurance, and because they basically look the same, except for the headlights, which I could customize it for the 03 to have the 05 headlights.

I don't care that it has a casette player, if anythin it's better because I could play my Ipod with it.

And about not knowin how to drive a manual.....its not that hard to learn and you say "deal with constantly changing gears", once you get used to it you dont even think it about it. its like driving an auto. should really consider it...i'm sure you'll like it more in the long run. I kinda felt like that about a manual before i learned now i love it.

Dang man. Save a grand? I am 22 and only pay a grand a year and that's for full coverage with decent limits (100/300/100) on my 04

6mt ftw, ull never regret it, and dont be fooled into thinking of the automatic has the manual mode so its the same, no. if it wud be the same it wud be a 6mt wouldnt it? but in defense of the 6mt its not as tedious as you make it seem, "constantly changing gears" just becomes part of your driving habit, you learn to make smoother shifts, learn what your car can do etc, imo you learn more about the car that way

Wow, that's cheap. When I did a ballpark quote from allstate a month ago, full coverage was 3,200 for 6 months, despite having a clean record and good grades. I hate living in Bergen County, NJ because it has one of the highest costs to insure drivers in the nation. I don't know how much more/less expensive the 05 would be to insure because their quote is down.

Decided that I'm not gonna go with the g35. Instead, I'm gonna get a motorcycle because it is much more cost efficient, and cooler. Insurance for me on the g35 would be 8 grand a year, whereas 3500 for the suzuki gs500f. Also I would be saving 11 grand by gettin the bike rather than the car, and it is much more fuel efficient. It is also much more fun to drive, and I won't have to worry about the cold cause I'm going to college in south Florida.

Well, I changed my mind because people on this fourm and in my grade said that once you get used to it, it's not that bad. And I could learn how to ride a manual on a bike.

Naw dude go for the G.............. you cant fit all your friends on a bike!!! The G was the best thing that happened to me, I mean second best thing (I forgot i got married lol), especially once you work on the car. Its like crack, only better cuz your doing something good. Once you do one mod you want to do more and the possibilities are endless idk imo you should get the G its more useful.
