You could start with a Motordyne Spacer, an intake and an exhaust. These items free up some extra hp and it is very noticable. Also check out the engine dampers. With those items oyu definately will notice a difference IMO.

Mods and budget don't go together in this car. Sorry, WRONG CAR. A spacer and an exhaust will eat up those $1,500 in a blink of an eye. Then you will probably still want a z-tube, HFC's and lower plenum. GL with the car.

Budget Moddddddddder....:)

Hi Tech is 100% correct, Motor Dyne spacer....Intake/Z-Tube and a
quality cat-back exhaust like HKS or Stillen. (dual systems) It's also
possible to stretch you $ by buying a few used parts on our MARKETPLACE.
There's always members selling their cars and demoding, could save 50%
over retail. Good Luck

Performance mods are cheap to come by, but shopping around the marketplace can yield some pretty good deals

got this from the sedan section, but many apply to the coupe as well..

https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-sed...nder-mods.html

most of these are appearance mods, but you could buy most of those and have plenty of money left to spare

some of the items Hi-tech G mentioned are good items also

a Z HR y-pipe
cat-back exhaust
z-tube
used/good condition popcharger
spacer
and a re-tune could easily improve HP gains while staying within your budget...

just my .02 cents
