What a huge joke!! I went all the way to New Jersey from Chicago to pick up my Caribbean Blue 6 MT with graphite leather interior, but when I got there it had willow interior! I was so mad. Didn't end up getting the car, but I am getting reimbursement for my travel expenses. I'm on the list again for the same car in about a month. I'll let you know what happens with the dealership! They better give me satisfaction!!!

Yeah, I've had my own bad experience there as well with a deposit I've placed.
Apparently I've heard not only their Infiniti dealership, but the whole Ramsey autogroup should be avoided like the plague.
