holy cow those houses are insanely huge and very nice. Anyways nice car man. I love IP pearl too. I was torn between IP and black when choosing my G. looking at your house makes me feel poor.

I also have IP and I still love it even a year after I got it I still don't get sick of it.. except one thing. I wish it was a little more agressive looking. I have decided that I want to put black (Infiniti) badges on the car. Any thoughts on how this might look? And where to get them besides doing it myself?

 

I think IP's the best looking color (although I own the DG). Isn't it really hard to match in terms of body shop work? (painting aero kits or repairing accidents) Hopefully, you won't have to go through any of that, or at least not the accident part. Congrats on your beautiful new G

 

vqdood- I'm not sure what package you have on your car, but I have the 6mt, so the Brembo's plus the rear spoiler give it that small boost in aggresiveness. If I were you I'd start with tint, followed by some 19" wheels, and a small 1" inch drop all the way around...This will give your IP a much more aggressive look that you seem to be searching for...I don't think the emblems will make much difference in appearance, but if it's something you'd like to do then go for it...Goodluck

g35tuning - REAL nice! I decided on an IP 6MT a while back for several reasons. Now I just have to wait until December for delivery. [img]/w3timages/icons/wink.gif[/img] I've been torn between the splash guards and the clean look. I figure it would be easier to get the OEM chin spoiler and rear spoiler if I just take the entire aero package. But I've always liked the coupe better without the splash guards. And then I see your IP coupe with them mounted.... .... [img]/w3timages/icons/crazy.gif[/img] At least I haven't placed my order yet.

On a related note, did any of you opt for the complete aero package minus the splash guards? I'm wondering if I need to order what I want seperately if I don't want the splash guards mounted.


dood - I think the black badges would look good on an IP coupe, provided that they are flat black and the chrome grill is painted to match. Seems like it would give it that 'factory sport model' look. Go for it and post pics when you're done. But I agree^, the black badges alone aren't going to do it. They might help, but the items and mods mentioned above are a sure path toward looking more agressive.
