Well i just did a search and came up with nothing. I have a rattle and it seems like it is coming around the stereo or AC that whole dash part. Has anybody had this problem or knwo a fix for it? I tried ot replicated at the dealership but couldnt.

when you hear the rattle, grab the rear view mirror and see if the noise is coming from there. Also, if you have a passenger, have him/her put their hand against the speaker grill in the door. I thought I had a rattle in the dash but it was actually coming from the rearview mirror and the speaker grill area. There is also a TSB regarding the power wire that goes to the mirror if you have the premium package.

Glad I could help. I was ready to take the dash apart also until I just happened to adjust the mirror during the rattle. If you have the same problem as I do, the rattles are coming from the homelink buttons. They don't sit flushly on the little rubber actuators inside the assembly. I took the mirror apart and put little bits of foam between the buttons and the actuators. Problem solved.

 

FYI, there's a TSB about mirror rattling. I had that one too.
