Some systems, like the Stillen one, is made both for AT and MT. Some like the Vortech SC or the Greddy TT are made specifically for MTs, so it requires some modification.

no havok - the design of the turbo or sc for automatics is not any different - it is only different for fitment purposes.
However, we are about to find out how the AT can handle FI. So far, I am having some problems, but it seems to be the torque converter - the same problem tha tI was having before.
