Does the fuel light turn on (get brighter with oil temp light) when the headlights are off? I didn't notice before but it looks like my fuel light is on all the time... when the headlights are off the fuel light looks off. Shouldn't the fuel warning light be dimmer than the oil temperature light?

I think you're confusing the little fuel pump symbol with the low fuel warning light. The fuel symbol just denotes the fuel gauge and is on all the time. It dims with the other lights. The low fuel warning light only comes on signalling low fuel. It's a small round bright light when lit.
