*vid+pic* to 350z H-tech or not? do you think I`ll scrape?

Hi, I`ve done lots of searching and researching on the boards and I have decided that I want to do a modest drop on my G with the 350z H-tech springs with stock struts, however, I am a little concerned about wether or not I will be able to clear the little ramp-driveway that leads into my garage. In the future I want to add a front lip, but by the looks of the photo and video, I am not even sure if I`ll be even able to do the drop! What do you guys think?

sorry I tried for about 20mins to embed, couldn`t figure it out!

If there isn't another way to pull in or out, then you will scrape. If you can angle it more pulling in or out, then maybe... but that vid looks really close already.

unfortunately I won`t be able to back in because I share the garage with another car. It`s a very tight fit in terms of opening doors.

Haha! I`ve considered parking it outside because I really want to go forth with the drop; however, the owner of the car next to me is going to be super cheesed off because we spent about 2-3 weeks clearing out the garage and holding garage sales to make room for my G! LOL

Edit: A week after I bought my car, some **** backed into my car and ran off infront of my house. Hit and run. After that, I made it my mission to keep her safe

With that garage I'd say definitely keep parkin it inside (bird sh*t is horrible for paint) and hold off on the drop.

Spend your money on some JDM clear corners and PIAA xtreme white lights for the front instead!

Just go to homedepot and buy some 2x6 or 2x8 wood that are several foot long. And use it as a ramp. That's what i do to protect my kuruma.

Making a ramp didn't even cross my mind. Great idea tho. Cheap, easy, and effective

Cool idea do you have a photo of how you have that situated? In this case, would it be best to place the wood over the dipped portion of the alley(exactly where my front wheel is sitting in the photo) leading up to my driveway/ramp that goes into the garage?

OR just take a 12x12 square wood or pieces where ur gonna "ramp" on..so its one one long piece on the whole driveway.LOL..

level it with the least angle..make sure its thick though.or u can cut smaller portions to fill in the "gap" and use a long board(2 pieces) wide enough for ur tires and some...on each side...

LESS angle less chances of scrapage!! GOODLUCK
