I got an auto with plans on modding it for those times that I'm really just not in the mood to put any effort in driving. Which is rare but when it happens its usually been a bad day and i would like nothing to interfere with my train of thought. Otherwise 99% of the time i'm in triptonic, which isn't that bad. I like it

I'm just starting to mod my AT as well. I heard one of the best starting mods is the grounding kit, especially for the AT. There's a group buy going on right now for SxExCx's custom kit.

Check the Vendor side of the marketplace, since I have no clue how to link the thread in here.

Somebody correct me if i'm wrong.

I think it's additional wires (grounding points), not replacement. Supposedly, it prevents power surges that drains performance & keep the engine/powertrain electrically stable.

Don't expect any added HP, but it's supposed to help prevent any HP loses. Also from what I hear, it's best for AT cars. Somehow it makes shifting smoother & takes out most of the shift delay from the tiptronic.

I'll find out in a week or so when I get mine installed.

Ive got an 03 5AT and i beat an 03 6MT 350z that had a spacer and intake. Just gotta do workkkkk fellas. Mods do help 5AT's for sureeeee.

And for the grounding kit question, yes it did help my tiptronic shifting A LOT faster registering. And also when going from PARK to DRIVE my car would kind of... "buck" a little. After the grounding kit was installed I almost couldnt tell I put the car in DRIVE.
