I noticed my coupe doesn't have a light on the dash when my trunk is left open??

How do you guys tell if your trunk was left open by accident?
My daughter was playing with my keys and I didn't realize she popped my trunk.

 

Well if u got the gps installed, the door open indicator should be displayed on the gps screen.
other then that i don't know how you could tell.

 

I think some people were saying it should beep every 2 minutes (or at some interval).

 

Your interior light will stay on . I have a viper alarm system which chirps to let me know a sensor isn't working. That is how I know besides the interior light staying on all the time.
