z tube/pop charger/spacer/mvrev
anybody have a video clip of what a g35 coupe sounds like with a z tube/pop charger/mvrev and 5/16 spacer or know where to find one at? i tried youtube but no luck.
thats the exact setup i have currently. It sounds great, but it would be really hard to capture the sound on a camera. its kind of like a spooling whistle sound, with a roar when you hit about 3900 RPMS
It's possible you'll find someone with just those mods that has a sound clip but I doubt it. These mods aren't for sound, the spacer/MREV corrects a Nissan design flaw in the plenum. The intakes design is to get air in unobstructed, real HP/sound gains will be realized when you add a quality cat-back exhaust. Then you can scare little old ladies off the street....
Oh come on, that's so fun....LOL

i aint trying to scare nobody...just wondering if i should buy the mrev with the spacer or not....having trouble forking over 400 dollars for something im not sure i know what it does lol....but ppl say get the mrev w/ the spacer for full effect.
FYI. You don't buy the 5/16" spacer for sound. But as a bonus, I do believe it deepens the exhaust note a bit. Unless you have some adversion to any increased sound, these mods won't dissapoint. The exahust is where you have to be careful
