New guy here. Been enjoying the G for about a month now.

My brakes are squealing sometimes in traffic since I got it and it's now at about 1200 miles. Anyone got any ideas?

The damn Infiniti dealer down here apparently does not want to fix it. They don't seem to want to fix a tire that has a flat spot from sitting either. I had them look at it when they put the Sirus tuner in it but all I got out of them is how much THEY have to pay for replacement tires.....

brembros are supposed to squeel! When mine are clean (just washed the car, they dont squeel, but when my car goes about a week without a wash, they squeel when i stop. Its just something that the brakes on infiniti's do i guess. My mom's sedan (non brembo equiped) also squeels. maybe this is a bad way of looking at it... but i dont even notice it because i always have my radio loud and windows up, so i jsut dont worry bout it

don't worry it's normal. they will go away as your mileage increases. upgrade to Rotora's, or any other top brake kits...you'll get the same thing.

Mine went away after 5,000 miles on it!

Try to do some "HARD BRAKING" in a safe area a few times also...It'll eventually go away... I just hit 6,000 miles no more squeeks...

I slammed on the brakes at 75mph to 0. Then I haven't had squeel again.

i'm close to 7000miles and they still squeel.

i've had other performance brakes on my other cars but they never squeeled. my brakes are driving me nuts sometimes especially when i'm stuck in traffic....oh well....they look awesome at least...

the cleaning doesn't help much either....i don't think the brembos like the stop-and-go traffic period. you either go or stop.
