I have several (three, to be exact) scratches that need to be touched up. I have the touch-up paint, but need guidance on the best technique to apply the touch-up paint. Also, one of the scratches has a small metal piece sticking up. What should I use to "file it down" or remove it? Any assistance will be appreciated.
