touch-up paint

i took my black g35 to the dealer and got it serviced the other day and they left me some nissan touch-up paint. i was wondering if anyone could give me some advice or instructions on how to use the touch-up paint correctly. thanks.

Note: The bumper does not need Primer since it is not metal.

Damn! I touched up about 6 chips on my lower bumper last night and had a hell of a time doing it with the brush included with the paint. I wish I had read this post earlier...a toothpick sounds like the ideal tool!
