my car didn't pass smog test because of SES light (code P0113)
hey guys I need help here...
I need to renew my registration on May...
Since my car is 6 years old, Smog check was required.
So I went to get my Smog check yesterday, emission was fine but my car did not pass the test because of a fault code: P0113 Intake Air Temperature Circuit High Input. The SES light came on few weeks ago... I checked the voltage coming from the wire, (which should be 5V) it was 4.8V... which should be < 5V w/ code P0113
I went to my friend's body shop and tried to get rid of the code, but it would come back (w/ service engine soon light) when restarting the car. Everyone around thinks there might be something wrong w/ the MAF sensor, so I swaped MAF sensor from my friend's 06 350Z, to see if the code goes away. But that didnt work either. so im assuming my MAF sensor is fine.
what could be wrong? anyone else had this problem before? Is there different sensor around intake, throttle body that might be broken?
I also own a copy of service manual, but it didnt help...
Any help would be great...

See attached from the FSM on P0113. It's not the MAF sensor, it's the Intake Air Temp sensor. Did you check the resistance of the IAT sensor?
