Ive been through so much bs with Infiniti dealers, u have no idea. 1st park ave. englewood, nj dealership completely lowballed me. told me theyd give me 11k for my '00 celica GTS, and that they were trading cars with another dealership so i could get my dg/g coupe with all the trimmings. signed the papers, said it would take a couple days, boy was i psyched. the day before i go to pick up the car, i get a msg on my voice mail- sorry brian, they sold the car at salerno duane dealership. !!! r u fn kidding me? on top of that, it took a month to get my 1000 deposit back. i cant believe this ish. i then ordered from ray catena in edison, on june 4th. they said theyd have my car sometime in july. i heard from a fellow member that our G's are in port, since last wed. i called up and they said it takes awhile to get from port to edison, because of backups at the port with inspecting and other shipments/ whatnot. so now theyr telling me 10 more days! its ridiculous. i mean this time i was sure to get a VIN number and everything, but this delaer gave me 8k for my celica and promised me that they will not screw around. if i dont get this car from them next week, i dont know what i'll do, but my salesman better run and hide, cuz i cant deal with this much longer. its like torture! sorry for ranting and raving, i just cant believe the sh*t that infiniti dealers will put u though, just b/c they have a hot car on their hands and hundreds of willing buyers. am i the only one that has dealt with this complete b.s.?!

Man Im going through same BS from Hoehn Infiniti in San Diego. Ordered my G first week in April ( my birthday ), was due to arrive by July 4th. July 2nd a truck arrives with 8 coupes, but none was mine. They could not even provide me with a vin# for the car I ordered. They have no explanation why it didnt show-up. They have not contacted since then, and when I call to talk to my sales guy, he is never there. Its been 16 weeks since ordered. My thinking is they screwed-up my order or sold to someone else for more $. .......... This sucks!! ....... Good thing I didnt order those RH wheels from Mike ( Revhighonline ). ............ Gives me good reason to go ahead and buy that M3 I always wanted.

 

If you get an M3, I'm sure your gonna get it when the G comes? I'm still waiting on mine too.. ordered on the week of my Bday also, first week of June =/

I wasn't at all impressed with Hoehn Infiniti. I asked for service on a TSB (compression rod for a right pull) but Hoehn blew me off and said no TSB. I then asked for an alignment then because it was pulling with only 500 miles on the car but they basically told me they'd charge in $90 and f.u. attitude.

I then called Discover Infiniti in San Diego and they were very cool. They said bring it in and they'd put in the new compression rod and it that wasn't the problem, they'd align it for free. They gave me a sedan loaner and was very courteous and professional. I will never call Hoehn again for such lousy service.

Bought my G from Hoehn I have good experience with their sales dept. However, the service dept is the worst ever. I got a free oil change from them when I first bought the car. Trying to get that free oil change is an experience in itself. This is how bad their service dept is.......first I asked them what time does the service dept opens on Saturday so I can get the oil change done. Their response...." sorry but our service dept is closed on Saturday"....WTF! I said ok so what time do you guys open early in the morning so I can drop off my car and get a quick oil change? We are usaully here by 8am...?! 8am? Again WTF! Usually everyone is open by 7am on a weekday. So I can stop by here tomorrow around 8am so I can be first in line to get service? They said oh no you have to make any appointment before we can perform any work on your car. I want an oil change I need to make an appoinment for a %$#%*&$^$ oil change!? Yes sir that's our policy....ok so when is the next openning so I can bring my car in? I was expecting sometime in the next day or so...she responds by saying how about in 2 weeks say around 3pm? Of course I gave her this blank and stupid look.....your kidding right? Her response.......oh did you want something sooner?! I don't know I still can't believe your not open on Saturdays. I had better luck having an oil change at a Honda dealer for my Accord. Of course her response was not acceptable so I spoke with the manager. And all she did was "yes sir that is the correct policy and procedure to get any work done on anyone's cars not just your's." With this I told her as soon as I get my free oil change you will never see my face in this place again. I wrote Nissan a letter stating all my wonderful expereinces with Hoehn's service dept. Then a week after I got my car service I get a survey latter asking for my opinion on Hoehn service dept. Of course they FAILED with flying colors.

I know how you guys feel - I ordered my car on April 7th, they told me it would be in around the end of June. I get a call in the middle of June from my sales guy and he tells me that car is arriving on July 6th. Then he calls me on Jun 30th and tells me the delivery has been delayed till Jul 23rd. So now I have another 2 weeks till my car comes in. It's going to be almost 4 months since I've ordered my car. He has given me the VIN #, so I at least know that car was built, but still in Japan I guess. And yes, it's fricken killing me!!!!

 

Sorry to here that man, I bought my G at Ramsey Infiniti in NJ on 17. Top-notch service dude. I waited about 2 mounts. They told me a date (I forgot what it was) but it came a day earlier and man was I jumping for joy.

 

got my dg 6mt with nav from ray catena in edsion last oct. they took a g off sticker and got it within 2 week. Also got 2 free oil changes and all wheater mats

 

go to salerno duane...that's what i did...ask for bob smith, he'll give you a good deal =)

i was told today that it could take 2 more weeks. i dont understand if its been in the port since july 1st then why would it take til july 26th?

 

Ridiculous! Unless you have the actual vin# for your car, nothing is certain if or when it will show. I was told few days ago, mine is suppose to arrive on the 18th. That would be like 18 weeks now since ordered. I doubt anyone else in the Forum has waited that long. ..........Hmm will see if it shows.

 

I'll be at 17 weeks once my car comes in, and that's if it comes in on the 23rd. If I have to wait any longer - I will cancel my order and pick up a 350Z or the new TL. I can't stand not having my car for much longer!

 

Man.... I can't believe this is still going on.
I mean this is not first model year release anymore.
