I agree, the R33 GT-R is just a hair slower the a stock Supra turbo, so not sure why this is so hard for folks to believe. I love the fact of how everyone thinks: Skyline automatically = 11 second car. The Skylines you see in mags n stuff are NOT stock by any means!! Waaay too much F&F fever round these here parts!! Believe it or not, Skylines come stock as well. lol

 

Okay i do know him then. It's a R33 GT-S. Its not that quick imo. Maybe when he starts modding it

 

its a GT-S skyline with a ?Fu jib su? exhaust, and the driver is really BiG 240lbs +. He just got the R33 and probably is learning to race it.

Too big? Anyway nice race, i agree people misjudge the skyline alot. Just how our car is the skyline in japan, they use to make those NA back in the day before the all-mighty GTR came out also. The R33 non GTR would still be close with our cars and I dunno how you beat him with 3 people and 20's, hmm... Anyway i'll give you the benefit of a doubt, go videotape another race with just you and him. Martin

The 20's i have are Iforged Swifts and since I put them on my car the day after I bought it, I didnt have a chance to push my car on the factory 18's until i could break in the engine so I don't really know weather they slow the car down that much or not.
Maybe I'm trippin about the GTR spoiler, but i know for sure it was boosted so it could of been either or, but I'm guessing it was a GTS since all you are doubting my kill. But I beat a skyline r33 and thats still a great feeling weather some of you want to believe me or not.

gt-s is believable... but the way you described it, no way it could've been a gtr.

you launched, with 20's, at rather low rpms and got the lead?

awd launch at 45-5000 rpm will destroy you right out the hole.

I didnt get the lead right away he took off but i was half a car behind than just pulled ahead but half a car and ever so slightly kept pulling ahead.

btw my little brother spotted the Skyline yesterday with his buddy. They were playing basketball and needed to use their cell phones so they both went up by the intersection to reseda from chimineas, and on the other side of reseda they saw the skyline same exact one with the same exact driver make a left turn and go up reseda to go up to sesnon by E/T park, and he told me it was a GTS. Also my brother tryed to get the guy's attention but he said the guy wasn't paying attention to him.
^ i guess no one's going to believe that story either just wish the little ****er had the camera on him.
