coupe Hotchkis swaybar settings

Will be installing Hotchkis swaybars on my 2004 g coupe along this week. Any opinions on what the best swaybar settings front and rear should be? i am currently stock ride height, but will be lowered on H&R springs soon, let me know if anyone has any suggestions thanks in advance

 

I have them on my 05 and have both set at the stiffest setting, but I also have the car dropped on Tein coilovers and I have a full set GTSPEC braces installed.
