Quick question about tires.

You can, but there is a chance that you may have to drive with the VDC off due to the tires being the exact same size. I believe the VDC in our cars is setup with the expectation that the rear tires will be about an inch larger in terms of Overall Diameter than the fronts(rears being something like 26.8" OD and fronts being around 26.0"), but the system can handle a minor degree of variance without it putting the VDC system off too much. If I remember correctly... based on what I read about 2 years ago when researching a similar type of thing, the VDC systems threshold for withstanding tire size variations was like +/- 2% variance in tire size from stock... which is about a 1/2" variance if you're comparing it to a 245/45/18 tire.
I switched to a 245/40/18 up front 2 years ago(25.7" OD), and still have the OEM sized 245/45/18 tires in the rear(26.7" OD)... and my VDC system seems to actually be less intrusive now than it was with the stock 225/45/18's up front(those original front tires were 1/3" larger OD than the current ones). If I spin the tires going into second or chirp them going into 3rd gear with my new tire setup, it doesn't completely cut power unless I really spin them hard. If there is any logic to this, then one would think that using the same sized tires front and rear would make the VDC system that much more intrusive, and possibly to the point where it detects wheelspin all the time... particularly when cornering.
I'm sure others here have done this setup and can chime in though with real-world experience on using the same sized tires on front and rear.
Good Luck.

i have 245/45/18 winter tires on all around. u just need the dealer to adjust the alignment on the tires so the TPMS wont go crazy and you'll be fine. so the TPMS light will only go off when the tire pressure is low.
i had my summer tires replaced by my winter tires at a random body shop and a few days later, the TPMS light went on.
so yea, u can put the same size all around

You're better off using 245/45X18 on all four corners, I did for a while with no issues. If you want the sensors someone is always selling a set on our own MARKETPLACE. They install just like valve stems, then all you need to do is have Nissan activate them for you....small fee. Having the sensors is a good idea, plus no warning light on your dash....
