Loose nut in trunk

I was trying to tighten up a nut for the rear spoiler and it accidentally fell into the trunk body panel. IDIOT! Does anyone know of an easy way to fish it out? I was thinking of possibly attaching a magnet to a string but I don't know if the nut is polarized.

Another....Oh **** not again! =)

HAHA....this kinda stuff happens to me once in a while and it's frustrating as hell. I've taped a magnet to a flexible stick and fished them out or you can visit your local Sears, they sell a tool that's flexible and a magnet too. Working around cars it's always nice to have those unusual tools available....

That is a little claw. That would only help if you can see it, but can not reach it. They sell a teloscopic magnet retrival tool.
