Still gettin the VPP deal?

How many of you are still utilizing the VPP program? How much do you guesstimate a 5AT coupe with premium, aero and performance packages will be?

Thanks for the replies in advance!

Re: Still gettin the VPP deal?

I used my company's VPP to purchase the G35. I bought pretty much the car you describe. 2004.5 Diamond Graphite with Premium Package, Tire and Wheel Package, and Aero Package. The MSRP was 36,360 and with the VPP I got 33,300. Hope this helps. Let me know what your price was, as I often wonder what someone else's VPP price would be on it.

Re: Still gettin the VPP deal?

Why wouldn't people still be using VPP? The program itself doesn't expire, and the 2004 models are still arriving at dealerships.

If you don't know what VPP is, use the search feature. It has been discussed over 4 million times on g35driver.com.

gte192t - It's funny how you have enough time to tell this guy how to use the search function, but not enough time to quickly explain what VPP is.

VPP - It stands for vehicle purchase program. If you're an employee for NMAC or IFS(infiniti financial services) then you are eligible to buy/lease a nissan or infiniti at a discounted price. You can also be an employee of an affiliated company and still receive this discount. It usually adds up to about $400 over invoice, which is a pretty sweet deal for a G35c.
Try going to this website for more info -
http://www.insidenissan.com/vpp/vendor/answers.html

And yes, people are still using VPP for their purchases.

Re: Still gettin the VPP deal?

Well the explaination for using VPP takes longer than the quick explaination of how to find information on your own takes. Typing "use search" takes two words. Typing "VPP works by.." already exceeds "use search" by one word. Further explaination using VPP would therefore exceed two words, negating the "quick" response of explaining VPP over the "quick" response of telling someone to "use search".

Learning how to use search is more important than being told what VPP is, as it is much more widespread applicable than the VPP. Additionally learning how to USE SEARCH will yield the user a VPP explaination, additional user comments, and which dealerships will honor VPP without the need of being part of any company, a very important caveat to many users of g35driver.com.

But thanks for the tips!
