Just remove a couple of clips from the top of the grill. Then there are two wierd clips on the top corners of the grill. You have to stick a long flathead screwdriver into the front of the grill. Get the blade inside the slot on the clip in the upper corner and turn it 1/8 of a turn and pull out. The clip is basically a square pin that goes through a square hole and then turns so it won't come back out.
Then just pull out on the bottom of the grill. Pretty easy, should take 10 minutes or so.

As stated above just remove the plastic rivets that go across the top. I used a pair of needle-nose pliers to remove the 2 clips in the corners.
