Need Help ASAP, (g37 wheels, lug spacer)

well i was at the dealer today to get my car fix, the mechanic told me that the lugs i have on the car is not holding the wheel properly .....

i have installed the 19" g37 rims and i need to know what size lug to use and what size spacer? i want the lug to have the chrome finish and not the bolt kind!.....

and should i use g35 alignment or g37 alignment specs?

btw i was getting a new radio, control rod, heater switch, tie rod, thats gonna be a crazy warranty bill.

are you using aftermarket lugs? Most aftermarket lugs are tapered (flat) and OEM wheels are acorn (round) thats why they arent compatible.

well if I had G37 wheels ill put on 255/35 and 275/35 tires with 25mm spacer front and 30mm spacer rear.

as for alignment, just align the wheels to best camber for your vehicle.
