Underbody chassis replacment braket?

So i was leaving a nearby mall parking garage, and where the ramp to go up to 2nd level and the flat part of the parking lot meet (two concrete slabs meet) Theres a pice of metal. Not paying attetion my car is so low it caught it and pulled it up but also damged my car and pulled down my subframe closest to the rear left tire.

So now my question's are:
-Is it fixable?
-If so is there a part number?

I put my car on ramps and took the pics. the last one is what it should look like

This is what it should look like!
